Watching from the wheelchair section at the same showcase

Booking, the entrance nobody signposts, sightlines, and what the staff did right.

Sample graphic made for the layout check. Not a photograph.

Same showcase, different entrance. I use a wheelchair, and this is how the night went from booking to the last song.

Booking

Accessible seats were not on the general ticket page. A phone call in English got me two seats within a day, with a companion seat at no charge. Keep the confirmation email; the door staff asked for it.

The entrance

There is a step-free entrance on the west side. It is not signposted from the main queue, so ask a staffer in a yellow vest. Once inside, a lift takes you to the platform level.

Sightlines

The platform is raised, so standing fans in front did not block the stage. The screen on the right was partly hidden by a speaker stack, but the main stage view was better than my seat at the previous show.

  • Toilets on the platform level were accessible and empty at the interval.
  • Staff checked in twice during the show without being asked.
